Trotz Prohibition ist der weltweite Drogenkonsum in den letzten 20 Jahren erheblich angestiegen. Wir fordern das UNODC auf, endlich die n\u00f6tigen Schl\u00fcsse daraus zu ziehen und eine Reform der internationalen Drogenpolitik auf Grundlage der Vorschl\u00e4ge der Global Commission on Drug Policy anzusto\u00dfen. Behandlungsangebote f\u00fcr Abh\u00e4ngige m\u00fcssen verbessert, den Drogengebrauch entkriminalisiert und Modelle zur legalen Regulierung von Drogen entwickelt werden. Erfolge in der Drogenpolitik sollen nicht mehr nur anhand von Festnahmen oder Konsumraten gemessen werden, sondern etwa auch am sozialen und politischen Entwicklungsniveau in Drogenanbaugebieten.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nNur mit einem umfassenden Ansatz, der auf Menschenrechten, Gesundheit und Entwicklung basiert, wird man der Komplexit\u00e4t des Drogenproblems gerecht. Die derzeitige Drogenpolitik hat negative Folgen f\u00fcr viele L\u00e4nder der Erde. In Mexiko, Kolumbien, Guatemala und anderen L\u00e4ndern herrscht ein Drogenkrieg mit vielen zivilen Opfern.
