Mai 2011<\/p>\n<p>Drogen- und Suchtbericht: Dokumentierte Unt\u00e4tigkeit<\/p>\n<p>Anl\u00e4sslich der Vorstellung des Drogen- und Suchtberichts der Bundesregierung erkl\u00e4rt Harald Terpe, Sprecher f\u00fcr Drogen- und Suchtpolitik:<\/p>\n<p>Der aktuelle Drogen- und Suchtbericht ist ein Beleg f\u00fcr die weitgehende Unt\u00e4tigkeit der Bundesregierung in der Drogenpolitik. Obwohl im vergangen Jahr kein Drogen- und Suchtbericht ver\u00f6ffentlicht wurde, stammen die meisten der im Bericht enthaltenen Ma\u00dfnahmen noch von der Vorg\u00e4ngerregierung. Die Drogenbeauftragte hat kein einziges der brennenden Themen angepackt.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nWo ist die im Koalitionsvertrag angek\u00fcndigte gr\u00fcndliche Evaluation aller Pr\u00e4ventionsma\u00dfnahmen? Fehlanzeige. Hat die Drogenbeauftragte wirksame Pr\u00e4ventionsma\u00dfnahmen bei Alkohol oder Tabak auf den Weg gebracht? Fehlanzeige, sie setzt auf weitgehend wirkungslose Instrumente wie freiwillige Selbstverpflichtungen der Industrie und bunte Plakatkampagnen. Hat sie die von Experten dringend empfohlene Novellierung der Spielverordnung zur besseren Pr\u00e4vention der Gl\u00fccksspielabh\u00e4ngigkeit erreicht? Nein, die Bundesregierung ist nach wie vor auf Kuschelkurs mit der Automatenlobby.<\/p>\n<p>Hat sie einen besseren und kosteng\u00fcnstigeren Zugang zu Cannabismedikamenten erm\u00f6glicht? Fehlanzeige, die Bundesregierung versucht mit allen juristischen Mitteln zu vermeiden, dass Patientinnen und Patienten eine Genehmigung zum Eigenanbau von Cannabismedikamenten erhalten. Was hat die Drogenbeauftragte angesichts der nach wie vor gro\u00dfen Anzahl von Drogentoten konkret f\u00fcr mehr Schadensminderung (Harm reduction) getan? Nichts. Hat die Drogenbeauftragte sich um eine bessere Substitutionsbehandlung von Opiatabh\u00e4ngigen bem\u00fcht? Nichts, keinerlei eigene Aktivit\u00e4ten. Da helfen auch keine betulichen Hip-Hop-Aktionen gegen Komasaufen.
