M\u00e4rz 2011<\/p>\n<p>Drogentote: Realit\u00e4tsverlust beim BKA-Chef<\/p>\n<p>Anl\u00e4sslich der Zahl der Drogentodesf\u00e4lle 2010 erkl\u00e4rt Harald Terpe, Sprecher f\u00fcr Drogen- und Suchtpolitik:<\/p>\n<p>Angesichts von 1.237 Drogentoten und einer steigenden Zahl von Konsumenten sogenannter harter Drogen setzt der Chef des Bundeskriminalamts Ziercke vor allem auf Strafverfolgung. Wer so handelt, der hat die Realit\u00e4t nicht verstanden.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nDie Zahlen zeigen deutlich: Strafverfolgung und Kriminalisierung von Drogenkonsumenten sind offensichtlich gescheitert. Schadensminderung und andere niedrigschwellige Hilfen geh\u00f6ren in den Mittelpunkt der Drogenpolitik. Auch die Drogenbeauftragte der Bundesregierung unterstreicht immerhin die Bedeutung dieser \u00dcberlebenshilfen. Konsequenzen hat das allerdings keine. Das Geld flie\u00dft in Deutschland nach wie vor in die Strafverfolgung von Drogenkonsumenten. Bei Therapien und Hilfen fehlt es an allen Ecken und Enden. Das belegen von der Bundesregierung selbst in Auftrag gegebene Studien.<\/p>\n<p>Sollte sich die Drogenbeauftragte statt sch\u00f6ner Worte entschlie\u00dfen, sich wirksam f\u00fcr einen deutlichen Ausbau der \u00dcberlebenshilfen einzusetzen, werden wir sie dabei unterst\u00fctzen. N\u00f6tig sind mehr Spitzentauschprogramme, bessere rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen f\u00fcr Konsumr\u00e4ume sowie die Substanzanalyse.
