Der Schutz vor dem Passivrauchen muss erweitert werden. Dazu geh\u00f6ren auch ein konsequenter Arbeitsschutz in den Krankenh\u00e4usern und der Gastronomie und ein Rauchverbot f\u00fcr Kinderspielpl\u00e4tze. Wir wollen verhindern, dass schon Kinder und Jugendliche mit dem Rauchen beginnen.<\/p>\n<p>Wir wollen den gesundheitssch\u00e4dlichen Konsum von Drogen vermeiden und Abh\u00e4ngigkeiten verhindern. Das wird \u2013 und das hat die Vergangenheit gezeigt \u2013 nicht mit Strafverfolgung, sondern vor allem durch eine St\u00e4rkung der Suchtpr\u00e4vention gelingen. \u00dcberm\u00e4\u00dfigem Alkoholkonsum unter Jugendlichen wollen wir durch Programme begegnen, die auf das Erlernen von bewusstem und risikoarmem Konsum abzielen. Wir setzen uns f\u00fcr eine Beschr\u00e4nkung der Alkohol- und Tabakwerbung ein. Wir wollen den kriminellen Drogenh\u00e4ndlern das Handwerk legen, ihre M\u00e4rkte austrocknen und nicht die DrogenkonsumentInnen bestrafen. Wir halten es f\u00fcr wirksamer, weiche Drogen wie Cannabis kontrolliert an Erwachsene abzugeben. Zum Schutz von KonsumentInnen muss die Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle von Drogen mittels Drugchecking m\u00f6glich gemacht werden. Beides wollen wir in einem Modellversuch erproben. Die \u00e4rztliche Verschreibung von Drogen an Schwerstabh\u00e4ngige wollen wir erm\u00f6glichen. Der Staatsanwaltschaft wollen wir es erm\u00f6glichen, sinnlose Strafverfahren schneller einzustellen.<\/p>\n<p>1.5 Integration hei\u00dft Anstrengung aller<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00fcne sehen dabei nicht weg, sondern genauer hin, und wir betrachten die verschiedenen Milieus genau. Viele Migrantinnen und Migranten sind durch die Art und Weise der Debatte im letzten Jahr eher abgeschreckt. Sie finden sich zu Recht nicht wieder in dem Zerrbild, das durch Schlagworte wie verbrecherische Familienclans, so genannte Ehrenmorde, Drogenhandel und islamischer Fundamentalismus bestimmt ist. Wo immer solche Probleme bestehen, m\u00fcssen sie konsequent angegangen werden \u2013 und zwar mit den Migrantinnen und Migranten, nicht gegen sie. Das gilt f\u00fcr alle Themen: vom Schulabbruch bis zur Gewalt, von der Arbeitslosigkeit bis zur Zwangsverheiratung.<\/p>\n<p>Kinder stark machen \u2013 Gesundheitsf\u00f6rderung von Anfang an<\/p>\n<p>Die Frage, ob Kinder krank werden oder gesund bleiben, entscheidet sich vor allem dort, wo sie wohnen, spielen oder lernen. Fr\u00fchzeitige Gesundheitsf\u00f6rderung und Pr\u00e4vention in Kindertagesst\u00e4tten und Schulen in den Bereichen Ern\u00e4hrung, Bewegung, Stressbew\u00e4ltigung und Suchtpr\u00e4vention kann auch die Kinder und Jugendlichen erreichen, die durch andere Angebote nicht erreicht werden.
