Deswegen muss das geltende Bet\u00e4ubungsmittelrecht grundlegend reformiert werden. Die Vorstellung der aktuellen Zahlen zeigt, wie ideenlos die Drogenbeauftragte agiert. Ihre Antwort auf das Scheitern der repressiven Drogenpolitik sind: neue Verbote. Obwohl dieser Weg in den vergangenen Jahren nachweislich nichts verbessert hat und der organisierten Kriminalit\u00e4t weiterhin satte Gewinne beschert. Beispiel Cannabis: Statt durch eine regulierte Abgabe endlich Jugend- und Verbraucherschutz zu schaffen, wird der Verfolgungsdruck hochgehalten ohne zu hinterfragen, ob dieses Vorgehen \u00fcberhaupt etwas bringt.<\/p>\n<p>Union und SPD verweigern sich bislang einer Evaluierung des Bet\u00e4ubungsmittelrechts. Hier k\u00f6nnte sich Frau Mortler bei ihren Parteigenossen leicht f\u00fcr mehr Schadensminderung stark machen.
