WP &#8211; 18.05.2015<\/p>\n<p><strong>Drogenpolitik \u2013 Evidenz statt Ideologie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zur Vorstellung des Alternativen Drogen- und Suchtberichtes 2015 erkl\u00e4rt Harald Terpe, Sprecher f\u00fcr Drogen- und Suchtpolitik:<\/p>\n<p>Der Alternative Drogen- und Suchtbericht 2015 ist Wasser auf die M\u00fchlen gr\u00fcner Drogenpolitik. Experten aus Wissenschaft und Praxis untermauern darin eindrucksvoll, dass die Verbotspolitik gescheitert ist. Strafverfolgung h\u00e4lt weder vom Konsum ab, noch tr\u00e4gt sie zu effektiver Suchtpr\u00e4vention bei &#8211; im Gegenteil. Jugend- und Verbraucherschutz sind f\u00fcr Dealer ein Fremdwort.<\/p>\n<p>Das Bet\u00e4ubungsmittelgesetz muss dringend auf den Pr\u00fcfstand gestellt werden. Frau Mortlers Verharren in der Verbotspolitik ist pure Ideologie. Die Drogenbeauftragte zeigt keinerlei Interesse daran, bestehende Probleme zu l\u00f6sen, sondern steht einer evidenzbasierten Drogenpolitik im Weg. Deutschland hinkt in der Drogenpolitik hinterher. Die Reflexe gro\u00dfer Teile der Union auf das gr\u00fcne Cannabiskontrollgesetz zeigen das deutlich.<\/p>\n<p>Die wirksamste Pr\u00e4vention ist Aufkl\u00e4rung und Beratung sowie ein reguliertes und kontrolliertes System f\u00fcr Handel und Abgabe.
