Gesellschaft gestalten.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Der gr\u00fcne Weg f\u00fcr Demokratie und B\u00fcrgerrechte<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eine rationale Drogenpolitik in der Europ\u00e4ischen Union einleiten<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wir wollen eine rationale Drogenpolitik f\u00fcr mehr Sicherheit, die auf den Dreiklang aus Pr\u00e4vention, Hilfe und Entkriminalisierung setzt. Alle Drogen k\u00f6nnen auf eine f\u00fcr die Gesundheit sch\u00e4dliche Weise konsumiert werden. Die Kriminalisierung der Konsumentinnen und Konsumenten ist jedoch der falsche Weg, wenn der verantwortungsvolle Umgang mit Drogen das Ziel ist. Es ist nicht m\u00f6glich, den Drogenkonsum durch Prohibition zum Erliegen zu bringen. Im Gegenteil: Die Prohibition verschlechtert nur die Situation der Drogenkonsumentinnen und Konsumenten und erh\u00f6ht zugleich die Profite der organisierten Kriminalit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p>Der aufgrund des Catania-Reportes vom EU-Parlament bereits 2004 gefasste und von der EU-Kommission seitdem ignorierte Beschluss zu einer umfassenden Kosten\/Nutzen-Analyse der gegenw\u00e4rtigen Drogenprohibition muss deshalb endlich umgesetzt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Um die Konsumenten durch niedrigschwellige Hilfsund Beratungsangebote besser zu erreichen, sind daher bei bestimmten Drogen mit vergleichsweise geringen Risiken, wie Cannabis, unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung des Kinderund Jugendschutzes legale Abgabem\u00f6glichkeiten an Erwachsene einzurichten.<\/p>\n<p>Fortschrittliche Ans\u00e4tze in einzelnen EU-Staaten, wie Inhaltsstoff-Analysen illegaler Drogen (sogenanntes DrugChecking) zum gesundheitlichen Schutz der Konsumentinnen und Konsumenten, Programme zur Originalstoffabgabe an Schwerst-Abh\u00e4ngige bestimmter Drogen sowie insbesondere eine Verwendung von Cannabis als Medizin m\u00fcssen zudem in allen EU-Mitgliedsl\u00e4ndern erm\u00f6glicht werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Kultur, Bildung und Forschung.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Der gr\u00fcne Weg in die Wissenschaftsgesellschaft<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8230;<br \/>\n<strong>Europ\u00e4ische Sportpolitik<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8230;<br \/>\nF\u00fcr uns GR\u00dcNE ist besonders eine gesamteurop\u00e4ische Strategie zur Bek\u00e4mpfung des Dopings von Bedeutung.
