Demokratie lebendig gestalten, gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhalt st\u00e4rken<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8230;<br \/>\n<strong>Innen- und Rechtspolitik europ\u00e4isch pr\u00e4gen und fortentwickeln<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8230;<br \/>\nBesondere Probleme bei der grenz\u00fcberschreitenden Verfolgung von Kriminalit\u00e4t stellen sich bei Menschenhandel, Geldw\u00e4sche und Terrorismus. Diese k\u00f6nnen nur im europ\u00e4ischen Kontext bek\u00e4mpft werden, genauso wie die derzeitige Forma des illegalen Drogenhandels. Diese k\u00f6nnen nur in europ\u00e4ischer Kooperation effektiv bek\u00e4mpft werden.<br \/>\nAllerdings hat die EU gerade in der Terrorismusbek\u00e4mpfung seit dem 11. September 2001 Schnelligkeit vor Gr\u00fcndlichkeit walten lassen. Damit die sensible Balance zwischen Freiheit und Sicherheit wieder ins Gleichgewicht kommt, fordern B\u00dcNDNIS 90\/DIE GR\u00dcNEN, dass hier nachgebessert wird. Beim Kampf gegen Terrorismus darf es keinen Rabatt bei den Menschenrechten geben. Jede Einschr\u00e4nkung von Freiheitsrechten muss sich an die Grund- und Menschenrechte halten und mit effektiven Rechtsmitteln \u00fcberpr\u00fcfbar sein. Im Sinne des erweiterten Sicherheitsbegriffs m\u00fcssen Pr\u00e4vention, Repression und Ursachenbek\u00e4mpfung in einem ausgewogenen Verh\u00e4ltnis stehen.<br \/>\nIn der Drogenpolitik wollen wir verhindern, dass Mitgliedstaaten, die neue Wege gehen wollen, indem sie etwa weiche Drogen legalisieren, zur Anwendung von einheitlichen Mindeststrafen verpflichtet werden.
