Ordentliche Bundesdelegiertenkonferenz der Gr\u00fcnen hat in Kiel am 25.-27. November 2011 den Antrag &#8222;Solide, solidarisch, Gr\u00fcn: Unsere Haushalts- und Finanzpolitik&#8220; beschlossen. Ein Abschnitt bezieht sich auf Cannabis:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8222;Um die KonsumentInnen nicht l\u00e4nger als Kriminelle zu behandeln und um den Schwarzmarkt trockenzulegen, wollen wir Cannabisprodukte legalisieren. Die Repressionen gegen die KonsumentInnen kosten die L\u00e4nder eine hohe dreistellige Millionensumme. Bessere Aufkl\u00e4rung und Pr\u00e4vention w\u00e4ren viel billiger als einen teuren Repressions- und B\u00fcrokratieapparat zu bezahlen. Aus Gr\u00fcnden des Jugend- und Verbraucherschutzes m\u00fcsste \u2013 wie bei Alkohol und Tabak \u2013 der Preis f\u00fcr Cannabisprodukte nach der Legalisierung durch Besteuerung hoch gehalten werden.
